Upon arrival, the front desk service was quite disheartening. I initially felt ignored, waiting for assistance while the staff were engaged with their phones. Additionally, the inconsistency in drink and snack service by the pool was frustrating. some days they were available, and other days, they were not.

The hotel was super clean and had a massive car park, which made it easy for us to come and go. Also, the breakfast was fresh with lots of great choices, way better than a usual place.
